The Executive Council has scheduled a special “virtual” Congregational Meeting for 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, May 3. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss and then vote on a motion to accept funding from a forgivable Payroll Protection Plan (PPP) loan.
Members must request to attend the virtual meeting and their request must come 10 days in advance of the meeting. You can request to attend by emailing Carri in the church office or by calling the church office at (952) 461-2283 and leaving a message. You must make this request by the end of the day on Wednesday, April 22. Carri will pass along your name to the Executive Council Secretary who will accept your request and create a list of the meeting attendees.
