CONFIDENTIALITY

During the process of finding a new Senior Pastor for Christiania, the Call Committee will respect a strict code of confidentiality. The Committee is throughly committed to keeping the names and selection process confidential. That means the candidates names, information about them or insights/responses from the interviews can not be discussed with family or friends.

This is to assure candidates that their candidacy is not known to their present congregation, which may put them in an uncomfortable situation. It also allows the Committee to focus on their task and not have to spend time addressing rumors or opinions.

As much information as possible about the selection process will be shared, but specifics can not be made available. Status of a candidate whose name was submitted or reasons for not choosing a candidate can not be addressed.

You are encouraged to ask questions if you need information or have a concern. We will continue to do our best to give you an answer!
