Will Pastor Nancy be Considered for the Position?

Pastor Nancy has expressed interest in being a candidate for the Senior Pastor position.

Since it is recommended by the synod that the Call Committee hold to the call process, she will be interviewed as any other candidate. During this time she will be looking at her ministry through the lens of being a Senior Pastor.

The consensus of the Call Committee was that she not be interviewed seperately. That is, she will not interview with a decision made immediately as to her acceptance. In fairness to her, and the process, Pastor Nancy will be considered with all the other candidates interviewed.

If Pastor Nancy is not called, or the congregational call vote is not sufficient, she will not remain as the Associate Pastor at Christiania.
