In recognition of the 150th Anniversary of Christiania’s founding, the women of the church compiled a cookbook which includes some heritage recipes from the 1924 cookbook and the best of the 1979 and 1989 editions and great recipes from our current members. There are over 500 terrific recipes tested in real kitchens. A table of contents, index and several pages of cooking help tips make it an easy book to use. We also included some photographs from our sponsored activities and a history of the women’s history at Christiania.
