Vibrant Faith Activities

• Do you know how to tie a knot?  We have crowds gathering around the tables after Thursday worship to tie knots!  Linda Otto brought in quilts and blankets and while we are sharing in fellowship time, we are tying knots for missions.  These blankets serve the homeless in the Twin Cities as well as around the world.  Some will be sent to keep people warm in Canada delivered by LAMP Pilots.  Great idea Linda!

• Do our youth know how much we love them?  They will remember that long after their graduation because the Youth commission gave warm blankets with the logo of Christiania Lutheran Church to all of the graduates.  Another great idea born out of Passing on Vibrant Faith!
• One of the recommendations from our report mentions the musty smell in the building.  You might not notice the odor if the building has been opened for a while, but the new noses that enter our space notice it right away.  The property commission is on it!  They are looking into the possibility of water retention under the building.
